Arrival
When you arrive at the Best Western Grosvenor Hotel, guests requiring wheelchair access, or who find steps difficult, are advised to park to the rear of the hotel, where the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
Accommodation
The Best Western Grosvenor Hotel has 4 bedrooms that are located on the ground floor of the hotel and have wider doors and lowered switches and amenities. The en-suite bathroom has grab rails and transfer space around the wc. One of the adapted bedrooms features an alarm cord, which alerts hotel staff by audible alarm and flashing light, should the occupant require assistance. The bedroom also features a vibration system in the bed's pillows which would alert a deaf occupant if the fire alarms were sounded.

Public Areas
All public areas and amenities are located on the ground floor and are accessible to wheelchair users. There is a disabled toilet in the public areas of the hotel. The hotel does not have a lift.
Conferences and Functions
Most of the conference and meeting rooms are located on the ground floor, however the Grosvenor Suite is located at basement level and at this time the hotel does not have lift access.
