Masonic Ladies Weekend
At the BEST WESTERN Grosvenor Hotel, we understand what is required to make your Ladies Weekend a success.
We pride ourselves in our ability to understand the exacting standards and traditions required, yet still retaining a personal and individual approach.
Our residential package from £169.00* per person includes:
- Two nights’ accommodation
- Full English Breakfast each morning
- Three course dinner in our Garden Room Restaurant on the Friday night
- Four course dinner on the Saturday night
- DJ entertainment
- Hotel Glass Bowl centre piece arrangement on the tables during Saturday dinner
- Hire of a suitable function room for Saturday evening (minimum no’s apply)
Guideline Weekend Format and optional chargeable extras (please ask for details):
Friday:
- Arrival from 2pm in the afternoon
- Meal: Three course dinner, in the restaurant at leisure.
- Entertainment: general knowledge quiz, disco, video racing, charity auction after dinner in a private room
- Drinks: cash bar for all drinks
- Accommodation: overnight accommodation with most guests sharing double or twin bedrooms.
Saturday:
- Meals: Full English breakfast in the Restaurant at leisure
- Private four or five course gala dinner in a Private Suite
- Day time leisure: Golfing, Shakespeare houses, Royal Shakespeare Theatre, River Cruise, Shopping, Leisure Centre with full gymnasium (located off site), Warwick Castle and Charlecote Park (National Trust Property).
- Entertainment: disco or band after dinner in the Grosvenor Suite, raffle draws, etc.
- Photography: local photographer to take photos at the start of the evening with the option to view before purchase on the night.
- Drinks: cocktail drinks reception in the Lounge Bar prior dinner. Cash bar for all drinks
- Wine table ready in the room on request
- Accommodation: overnight accommodation with most guests sharing double or twin bedrooms.
- Speeches: Master of Ceremonies to perform all toasts mastering etc.
Sunday:
- Full English breakfast in the restaurant at leisure
- Weekend concludes after breakfast
- Option to stay for a Sunday Carvery Lunch
