The BEST WESTERN Grosvenor Hotel offers a range of meeting rooms suitable for small intimate meetings, one on one interviews as well as larger conferences in our Grosvenor Suite which can accommodate up to 120 delegates. The hotel is conveniently located close to the M40, making us accessible from most major motorways.

With five different meeting rooms to choose from, we can offer comfortable meeting space to suit all your needs.
Breakout rooms are also available for refreshments and networking. Our Executive Training Suite can hold up to 20 delegates and features 8-hour seating and high specification audio visual equipment. 4 of our 5 meeting rooms offer air conditioning, natural daylight and disabled access.
The hotel offers comprehensive delegate packages, which have been created to provide a complete organised solution for your event, or alternatively many of the conference and meeting facilities are available on a room hire basis. These facilities are complemented by excellent accommodation and food and beverage service.
Your conference co-coordinator will look after your event from your initial enquiry right through to meeting you on the day to reconfirm your requirements.
